This is actually the riveting and fun Charming Eyeshadow 16 Color Palette! Through no fault of her own, my order took some time getting to me. It was backordered and understandably why!!! The colors are so bright and jazzy; they apply so smoothly and glittery. What more can one ask for in playing with makeup? Thanks.
